While inspecting a bedroom in October 2022, a local investigator saw a shadow fly by the area while the room was completely empty.

Taken at an unknown time during the middle of the night, one of the bedrooms had the lights on as a figure stood by the window.

During an investigation around the house by the Ghostly Activities YouTube channel, motion was detected throughout the basement of the building.

Searching the basement, the Paranormal Road Trippers suddenly felt a cold draft so powerful it gave them goosebumps, even as it was 26 degrees outside the building. This was continued with a quick sound being heard behind them.

Giving an anecdote from the past, George Copley explained how he saw a spectral phenomenon during a holiday celebration at the house; giving testimony towards seeing a man wandering the area he did not recognize.

Provided by Paranormal BC, a report details an investigation in which objects were moved inside one of the areas and the presence of an entity was felt by multiple of the persons while inside.
